Meeting Maya was a stroke of good luck. She met me at the apartment, took photos and talked me through the selling process in Bulgaria. We kept in touch via WhatsApp weekly and she kept me up to date on viewings. Once we had a buyer Maya helped me with all the paperwork and notary as I was selling from the UK and unable to visit Bulgaria for the sale. All went smoothly and I would advise anyone buying or selling in Bulgaria to use Maya. She also sold a property for a friend of mine. Very helpful and lovely young lady.
