We dealt with the agent Sergey who was extremely efficient and made the whole process very easy and straightforward for us.

Sergey did everything for us, above and beyond what would be expected and saved us a trip to Bulgaria.

We would not hesitate to recommend.

We have just sold a small property with Bulgarian Properties.
Sergey and Petar handled the whole process very efficiently. They kept us updated at all times and made the process quick and easy.
It's the first time we have ever sold a property and we were quite nervous and confused a lot of the time! But Sergey obviously knew what he was doing and reassured us and helped ease our worries.
Initially we felt the commission was too high as the property we were selling was not worth a lot, however, there were no hidden costs and quite obviously there is a lot of hard work being done by Sergey and his team.
We would be confident to use him and his company again in the future.

We just bought our nice vacation home with the help of Bulgarian Properties.

Finding a holiday home in Bulgaria is hard if you are unexperienced, both with buying a house and with Balkan business. It took us months to understand the Bulgarian property market, and then we hit upon Bulgarian Properties.

They had a lot of attractive houses for sale in our price range, which were easy to find on their website. Communication with Bulgarian Properties is very easy, by means of the same website. Sergey Pelovski, the contact person for our preferred house, was always quick to respond and elaborate and very friendly in his answers.

On site Petar Petalarev patiently showed us the properties and took care of practical matters for us.

During the whole process of finding a house, viewing houses and eventually the buying of a house, Sergey was always there to answer all our questions, explain, understand our needs and reassure us. Not only did he undertake many practical actions, we also felt we could really trust him.
With incredible speed he took us through all kinds of paperwork, which took up half of his workday, so we could safely leave everything in his hands and return to Holland in time.

I used Bulgarian Properties and their Sofia agent Sergey Petkovski to sell a plot of land that I had been unable to sell for a number of years, trying through different agencies, locally and online myself. From the start Sergey expressed confidence that they could find a buyer, which they did in a relatively short few months.

Sergey worked with me throughout the process, even through some unexpected challenges related to my company and Bulgarian banking, giving me very personalized service to get the deal concluded efficiently and to the satisfaction of both myself and the buyer.

At numerous times as minor complications arose, Sergey made himself immediately available to help me out. Throughout everything he was professional, courteous and helpful.

Throughout our email and personal exchanges, he was always very responsive, typically responding on the same day.

Although Bulgarian Properties minimum commission may be higher than some other agencies (my plot of land was fairly low in value, so I had to pay the minimum) there were no unexpected extras, and in the end I was very pleased with the personal service that I received, and that Sergey was able to find a buyer where others had failed for years.

While I never used them as a buyer, visiting their office and browsing their materials, they appear to have good offers, and are very willing to work with and understand their clients.

My experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend Bulgarian Properties to others.
