I was looking to buy a studio in Bansko from January 2025 until May 2025 and had contacts with many brokers from many real estate agencies. Meeting Maya was a stroke of good luck. She met me at the apartment, took photos and talked me through the selling process in Bulgaria. We kept in touch via WhatsApp weekly and she kept me up to date on viewings. Once we had a buyer Maya helped me with all the paperwork and notary as I was selling from the UK and unable to visit Bulgaria for the sale.
