I've sold 2 properties in Bulgaria with Yuliana Kurteva (of Bulgarian Properties) who works in the Varna office. One of the sales was particularly difficult as there were a few boundary issues involving part of the land on the property. Yuliana worked very hard to ensure that the issues were legally resolved and that the deal was completed.
