After meeting a few estate agents that had the impression that showing you a house and then asking when you were going to buy it, it was an absolute pleasure to meet Dimitar. Not only did he show us around the house, but just as importantly , the area, where shops and towns were, advantages and disadvantages. Through the coming months he got to understand what our criteria was and found us an ideal property. Unfortunately for us there was a problem with the owner selling the property, and with a very tight deadline, unbelievably Dimitar found us a property that was even better, and managed to complete everything according to our deadline. This was absolutely incredible, I cannot recommend him highly enough, and whilst he speaks perfect english, his ability to understand your needs is exemplary.
