VERTU RESIDENCE features some unique elements that are rarely found even in the most luxurious residential buildings in Bulgaria:

Technical characteristics:

• The height of the apartments is 2.85 m which is approximately 20-25 cm more than the standard used in new buildings.
• Wooden paneling "OSMO" brand, humidity and UV rays resistant.
• Façade plastering - type Baumit.
• Window frames - highest quality METRA brand (Italian origin) and special sun-protected lamella blinds on all windows (German origin).
• Front and interior doors of the apartments will be type TRE-PIU brand (Italian origin), Glaverbel glass.
• Lift KONE for 13 persons
• Front door – fire resistant, Italian.
• Both the front and the interior doors in all apartments are TRE-PIU brand (Italian) as there are different colour options – wenge or walnut. The storerooms on the underground floor also have the same doors.
• Each apartment as well as the spa center and the basement will have a fire alarm system.
• All water meters will be connected to a special electronic system, which will allow remote reading from the security guard's office.
• Each bathroom is ready for fitting of built-in sanitary ware (currently all bathrooms have fitted structure for the built-in sanitary ware).
• The ceilings are suspended, of plasterboard, with noise and heat insulation with the possibility for built-in lighting. “Warm ceiling” technique has been used on the top floors.
• Each bathroom has its own airshaft.
• Each apartment has noise and heat-insulation in the floor (for the purpose there is a 5 cm thick insulation of stone wool).
• Teak wood flooring on the large terraces.
