Factories for frozen fruits and vegetables

General information:
The plants are built according two projects under the SAPARD programme. The industrial buildings have a total area of 10,100 sq.m., located on a plot of 16,900 sq.m. The refrigerating areas are 24,000 cub.m., with thermopanels.

The refrigerating capacity is secured by screw compressors SABORE 2 pcs. x 355 kw and 2 pcs. x 200 kw.

The production in both factories is performed by two IQF tunnels with capacity 3.6 t / h, one with 2.2 t / h, and two shock stationary cameras with a capacity of 800 kg / h, spiral tunnel which allows the processing and freezing of about 10 tonnes of production per hour and is the largest factory in Bulgaria.

Refrigerators - with a capacity of 15 000 cubic meters for storage and processing of frozen fruits and vegetables, and of 8900 cubic meters for storage and processing of frozen and chilled meat and meat products. They allow the storage of around 35000-40000 tonnes of production.

The factory has ts own laboratory, Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) has been introduced and it is certified for processing of ECO products for
EU and USA.

Description of business:
"BULGAREKOPLOD" Ltd.:
This is a factory for processing and freezing of fruits and vegetables with an area of 7800 sq.m., located 300 meters from the highway "Trakiya", 22 km from Sofia, near the train station Vakarel and 40 - to 120 km form the fruit and vegetables producers.

The construction was completed with Act 16 from July 2004. It has four own water sources, double electrical power supply, own power substations, diesel generators, steam farm, gasification,
- The machines are of reputed companies like Herbort, Cabinplant, Urshel, Goztepe, FSK, and machines manufactured in Bulgaria with a capacity of 10,000 to 12,000 tons per year.
- The machines are designed for multi-purpose production lines of various types of frozen products such as:
- Frozen vegetables: peas, sweet corn, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers strip and cube, whole peppers, roasted peeled peppers, green beans, okra, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, zucchini and vegetable mixes.
- Frozen fruit - strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, rose hips, sweet and sour cherry, peaches, apricots, plums stoned.
- Frozen semi-fried blanched potatoes.
- Frozen breaded potatoes with spicies type Wedges.
- Frozen vegetable and vegetarian burgers and croquettes (breaded and semi-fried) of "CFS - KOPPENS" line - pepper burek, vegetarian schnitzel, spinach croquettes, mushroom croquettes, Happy Burger Cook, broccoli croquettes, cauliflower, potato croquettes and others.
- Line for the production of cannes with two autoclave of “PAOLO LEVATTI" and canning equipment "FEMIA" with a capacity of 60-80 tonnes/24 h.
Note: The line for cans has not been put into production yet.
- The packaging of the products is done on a machine with multifunctional head with a capacity 50 pcs . / Min. and 10 pcs. semi-automatic glue machines and electronic scales.

“BULGARFRIGOPLOD "Ltd.:
The enterprise is located adjacent to the same site on an area of 2200 sq.m. and is intended for the production of culinary meat, meat - vegetable and only vegetable preparations, as well as pork and veal meat in small and large cuts.
The construction was completed with Act 16 from November 2005. It meets all the requirements of the European Union and has implemented control system HACCP.
- The provided equipment for the primary processing of meat is of the following companies - Laska, Gunter, Bizerba and after treatment - the last generation lines of "CFS - KOPPENS", spiral tunnel and shock freezing, spray, tumbler, steam-boil cabins, slicer, thermoforming machine and vertical packaging machine and others. They allow the production of high quality frozen and chilled meat and meat - vegetable products of pork, beef and chicken.
- Raw products - minced meat, raw sausages, meatballs and other, cuts fillets, legs, wings, steaks.
- Cold Pressed (chilled ) - steaks, burgers and more.
- Heat treated – baked steaks, kebabs, meatballs, schnitzel and more.
- Breaded frozen semi-processed - burgers, croquettes, nuggets and other (7t/24h).
- Cutting plant - pork and beef carcasses imported and others coming from the Bulgarian market, large and small packs (chilled and frozen), skewers of automatic PALGA and others (14t/24h ).
- Processing and freezing of mushrooms, fruits, vegetables and fish.
- The company has freezing rooms with a total capacity of 8900 cubic meters, one of which is certified for export from the European Union. It makes direct imports for domestic production and for the sale of meat. The import is mainly from countries Members of the European Union, duty free allowances from third parties.

The property has excellent location and is suitable for a large logistics center.
