BULGARIAN PROPERTIES with Professional Indemnity Insurance

2013-01-18   |  BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

As the leading real estate agency in Bulgaria, which has been looking after our clients' interests for 15 years now, BULGARIAN PROPERTIES adhere to the highest professional standards and work according to the best international practices in real estate consultancy and sales.

The professional indemnity insurance that we have concluded voluntarily (currently it is not required by law in Bulgaria) is a part of our vision to provide reliable and quality services to our customers with minimal risk and maximum responsibly to our professional obligations.

This type of insurance covers any property and non-property damages caused by or in connection with the performance of our professional duties. According to the international practices, which will also soon become effective in Bulgaria, each real estate agency is required to have a professional indemnity insurance.

Besides the additional protection that the professional indemnity insurance provides, we have developed and strictly observe the standards in our profession which guarantee security and quality of the services:

• We implement the European Standard for the Work of Real Estate Agents, which is valid in Bulgaria
• We have developed and observe our own Code of Conduct
• We follow the professional and ethical standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which is our obligation arising from the membership of our Chief Operations Manager in RICS.

Working with us, you can be assured that we will do our work with the utmost attention to each detail and maximum protection of your interests!
