The property also has three large refrigerated rooms for raw meat and specialist UV lamps designed to reduce bacterial contamination.

The functional layout is complemented by a jar storage room, a spice store, a finished-product warehouse, changing rooms, a disinfection room, sanitary facilities and three offices. The sale also includes a work van, a passenger car and refrigerated commercial vehicles.
