Sofia Business Centre comprises of three buildings with under floor garages, shops, a bank office, a restaurant and a cafι, and six floors of offices. On the last floor is to be formed a panoramic restaurant with a terrace. Each section features a reception area and a lobby set on the ground floor. The centre has interesting faηade made of special glass with low-energy permeability. It comes with a four-pipe HVAC air-conditioning and ventilation system. The office floors are further connected to a fire-alarm system. The complex also has a BMS system for automatic management of all processes and installations in the complex, plus an additional electric supply through diesel generators and UPS.
The centre is serviced by high-speed hydraulic elevators for six people and one freight elevator. On each floor are positioned lavatories for disabled people. There is a structural cabling set on a double floor. The ceilings are hidden; the walls are painted with latex.
The maintenance and the management of Sofia Business Centre are organized by a professional management company. The maintenance fee is paid separately for each unit.
