By a tree-lined stream close to Sofia’s World Trade Centre and the diplomatic enclave of Iztok, and within easy reach of both city centre and airport, this is a two-floor, three-bedroom atelier, with internal staircase and private balconies which have terrific views.
Today the apartment is unfurnished. But if you wish we are happy to furnish and equip it to the same high standard as the other apartments in the building.
Leading off the lobby is the L-shaped living room which has a private balcony and well-designed Italian kitchen by Gatto. The equipment is by Bosch.
Also on this floor is the main bedroom, with shower room next door.
The staircase leads to the upper floor which has the second bedroom. This has its own balcony, plus a very useful storage area.
Next door is the second bathroom, and across the hall the third bedroom.
Although unfurnished, the apartment is fully air-conditioned – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that can get extremely hot. And of course it has full central heating.

The apartment comes with its own parking space in the underground car park below – with automatic light sensors, electronic entry doors for vehicles, and direct access via both elevator and stairs to the living areas.
