The Winners of the 16th Annual Awards of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

2023-12-19   |  BULGARIAN PROPERTIES

For the 16th consecutive year we followed the tradition and presented our colleagues and partners with awards for the best results and significant achievements in the jubilee year of BULGARIAN PROPERTIES - 2023.

This happened during the company's Christmas celebration in Borovets - one of the important resorts for us, where we have had a presence since the start of our activity in 2003 and where we can boast a huge number of sales of holiday properties, houses and plots.

In 2023, we were able to expand our activities, consolidate our position in traditionally strong markets and prove our role and place in the marketing and sales process of properties across the country.

We present to you the 2023 winners! 🏆👏

HIGHEST VOLUME AND SALES GROWTH

The winners in this category are:
- Sofia Head Office for the highest number of property sales
- Varna Office for the highest number of sales in the country
- Bansko Office for the highest sales growth

Individual award for sales growth was awarded to Krasen Zahariev, agent in Varna Office, for the results achieved in sales of rural and holiday properties on the Northern Black Sea coast.

BEST NEW AGENTS

The best agents who joined our team in 2023 are:

- Nikolay Popov from Sofia Head Office
and
- Gergana Sotirova from Bansko Office.

Both of them joined our team in the second half of the year, but managed to make sales that even experienced agents make in a whole year.

THE MOST EXPENSIVE SALES

- The most expensive sale of 2023 was made by Stefan Abanozov - our Borovets Regional Manager for the sale of a hotel in Panichishte.

For the most expensive sold apartment, house, holiday property, plot and country house were awarded respectively Lazar Bozhov and Daniela Toteva from Sofia Office, Stilian Georgiev from Sunny Beach office, Peter Petalarev from Plovdiv Office and Dimitar Pavlov from Veliko Tarnovo Office.

AGENT OF THE YEAR

This is the most important award for all agents. It is awarded based on the highest sales volume, sustained presence in the monthly rankings and excellent client feedback.

This year's winners are:
- Ivan Krumov, Daniela Toteva and Magdalena Tosheva - all three in first place

- Magdalena Tsoklinova and Kalin Chernev on the second place.

COMPLEXES AND BUILDINGS OF THE YEAR AWARDS

- The award for best selling complex for the second year in a row went to the Central Park

SPECIAL AWARDS

Every year we have something special to reward in the work of our colleagues - something they have excelled in and deserved to be the recipient of the highest corporate accolade - a prize in the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES Annual Awards.

This year special awards for outstanding contribution were given to:
- Keti Tosheva for outstanding contribution to Central Park sales
- Veronika Stoykova for the greatest contribution to customer service
- Pavel Ravanov for his contribution to the establishment and development of our position in Burgas and the Southern Black Sea Coast
- Our IT team for their constant innovations and implementation of new technologies that have allowed us to be a market leader for 20 years.

BULGARIAN PROPERTIES would like to thank the entire team for their dedication and professionalism! It enables us to enter the next decade with confidence that it will bring us even greater success and opportunities to be there for you in your property transactions.

Congratulations to all for the results achieved!
