Had my apartment in Golden Sands up for sale for over 3 years with a company in the U.K, changed to Bulgarian Properties and was sold and money in my bank within 10 months, was always kept updated with every viewing and a few problems I had with management in the apartments Krazen Zahariev sorted for me as I was in the U.K which was not his job but was still very helpful and sorted this for me.
