A technical room, a barbecue area and a swimming pool are designed in the plan. For heating and ventilation, facilities and materials are provided to ensure optimum temperature and air exchange. The different types of rooms have the necessary lighting and optimal conditions for tourists.
The site will be supplied with drinking water from a shaft well. The underground water tank is designed to provide an adjustable volume of consumption in the complex and an emergency stock in the event of an accident in the supply pipe.

The water volume will be stored in one chamber at a volume of less than 50 m3. In the dry chamber will be mounted fittings and a pump, supplying the building's facilities. Hot and cold water is provided, meeting the sanitary and technical requirements. The access to the complex for rural tourism on the land of the village of Yablanitsa, Svoge municipality will be via the main asphalt road to the village of Yablanitsa.
