First floor (elevation +0.00), has an area of 80.47 sq. m.
The second floor (elevation +3.00) has an area of 85.80 sq.m.
The dimensions of the residential building in plan are approximately 9 m/10 m.
The supporting structure is reinforced concrete, non-combustible, skeleton-beam (consisting of slabs, beams, washers and columns).
The floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete.
The external enclosing walls on the floors are made of hollow ceramic bricks - 28 cm and thermal insulation from EPS - 10 cm, placed externally, on the reinforced concrete columns and washers. From the inside, the walls are covered with gypsum plaster and fine putty.
The internal partition walls are made of hollow ceramic bricks - 12 cm or 25 cm, with the finishing layer corresponding to the room.
The roof is pitched with a slope of 40%. Drainage is carried out on the field, by means of cisterns to the drainage pipes (VT).
The pitched roof is made of a wooden structure covered with BRAMAK concrete tiles, according to arch. Detail.
The inserted materials are resistant, long-lasting and hygienic.
The ladder leading to the under-roof space is foldable, with a fireproof cover.
The heating is solved by means of a heat pump and underfloor heating for the first floor and convectors for the second floor. Underfloor heating is provided in the bathrooms.
The premises are designed with a sufficient number of window openings for airing and ventilation. The necessary chimneys are provided - in the living room and ventilation shafts to ventilate the kitchens and bathrooms.

In the plinth area - at a height of up to 40 cm above the ground, thermal insulation of 10 cm XPS is laid with a finishing layer of stone cladding.
Exterior joinery - PVC (color of your choice), 5-chamber, triple-glazed, low-emissivity.
Optional interior window sill.
The outer window sill and balcony boards - Façade stone.
