Rural house near Stara Zagora

Our new offer is for a two storied house, located in a middle-sized village, 25 km away from Stara Zagora city. Stara Zagora is set in the central part of the country on a same distance from the capital and the Black Sea. A smaller town, called Chirpan is 20 km away from the village.

The property consists of two floors with area 120 sq. m, a parking lot, a store, an outbuilding and a garden vast 2120 sq. m.

Ground floor: Includes a corridor, a kitchen, a store, a room and a summer kitchen, which includes a room and a bathroom. The walls are made of bricks and stones, the flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: Includes a corridor, two rooms and two closets. The flooring here is wooden.
