The holiday village has five family houses each of which is with a size of 35 sq.m. Each house have a bedroom, separate living room with leather sofa, which can be used for bedroom, bathroom, satellite TV and one separate studio. The houses are built of brick, with interior and exterior insulation and covered with top interior and exterior wood paneling. Heating with wood serves the entire village complex. The property has a restaurant with terrace and garden.

The yard is 2000 sq.m. including 600 sq. m. parking lot. It is located on the main road Sevlievo - Apriltsi. It has a beautiful garden, barbecue, restaurant with 20 seats, a large porch, which can accomodate up to 10 people. In the yard the barbecue area could accommodate another 20 people. The complex is working and is a developed business that brings monthly income throughout the year.

The town of Apriltsi is a lovely little town nestled at the foot of Mount Botev and Margidik peak, very near the geographic center of the country. It is the most direct route to the highest peak in Stara Planina mountain, Mount Botev, while passing through the National Park "Central Balkan" - including the largest in Europe beech solid wood, and many other rare species of plants and animals. The geographic location of the complex and its proximity to the reserve is a prerequisite for eco-tourism, hunting and fishing. Ideal conditions for people seeking relaxation and comfort away from the roar of the big city, close to nature.
