A new home for your family

The property is located in a big village disposed 26 km away from the sixth largest city in Bulgaria – Stara Zagora. There is mineral spa resort which is located around 12 km to the west of the city in the forested hills. The village where the house is located stands at the distance of 76 km away from the town of Plovdiv and 127 km away from one of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria – Pamporovo.

The property consists of two storied house with total living area 100 sq. m., a parking lot, two outbuildings and a garden which spreads over the area of 1685 sq. m.

Ground floor: You can find here an entrance, a corridor and two rooms. The walls of the house are made of bricks and stones, the flooring is cement and windows have wooden frames.

The garden is planted with fruit trees at the moment.

The house itself is in basic condition and needs renovation of parts of the plasters and refreshment. There are some roof tiles out. There is electricity and water – inside and outside the house. There is external bathroom and toilet here. The road is a gravel one, but accessible.

The village offers food shops, a café, a church, policeman, a health service, a post office, a community center, as well as a regular transport. The town of Chirpan is located close to the village and the connection to the “Trakya highway” is not far, too. The region here is very good for fishing and hinting.
