The whole villa settlement will be created with the purpose to combine the tradition of the Bulgarian national revival period with the contemporary idea for a modern home for all your family. - House 3, Home 6 - total living area of 223,38 sq.m. with a price of 115,071 euros - fully finished
- House 3, Home 7 - total living area of 223,24 sq.m. with a price of 114,999 euros - fully finished

Currently building 3 is fully finished and complete with terracotta flooring, painted walls, fireplace with central heating, fitted and equipped bathrooms. Residential buildings 1 and 2 were built and at this moment are at shell stage. Residential buildings 4,5,6 and 7 are to be built.

The project is located in our longest and most beautiful mountain Stara Planina near the town of Tryavna- the center of the Bulgarian Revival Period. The numerous herbs and rare plants are huge richness.
