The whole villa settlement will be created with the purpose to combine the tradition of the Bulgarian national revival period with the contemporary idea for a modern home for all your family. The architect has managed to reproduce the atmosphere of the old Bulgarian architecture when the plan for the living spaces was developed.

- House 1, Home 3 - total living area of 137,53 sq.m. with a price of 98,800 euros - at shell stage
- House 2, Home 4 - total living area of 223,38 sq.m. with a price of 115,000 euros - at shell stage
- House 2, Home 5 - total living area of 223,24 sq.m. with a price of 114,928 euros - at shell stage
- House 3, Home 6 - total living area of 223,38 sq.m. with a price of 115,071 euros - fully finished
- House 3, Home 7 - total living area of 223,24 sq.m. with a price of 114,999 euros - fully finished

Currently building 3 is fully finished and complete with terracotta flooring, painted walls, fireplace with central heating, fitted and equipped bathrooms. Residential buildings 1 and 2 were built and at this moment are at shell stage. Residential buildings 4,5,6 and 7 are to be built.

The project is located in our longest and most beautiful mountain Stara Planina near the town of Tryavna- the center of the Bulgarian Revival Period. The numerous herbs and rare plants are huge richness.

The museum Tryavna iconographer school is the only place in Bulgaria where could be seen gathered above 160 icons of the most famous icon painters from the town.Tryavna municipality has a beautiful lake, 2 opened and one closed swimming pools. The Tryavna lake is an excellent place for offering a rich variety of tourist services. For your high spirits and nice staying are created a numerous number of bars, taverns and restaurants.
