A rural house in a quiet village

This house is situated in a big village disposed 38 km away from the town of Stara Zagora - one of the oldest settlements in Bulgaria and Southeastern Europe. The city is a prime tourist destination offering leafy boulevards, friendly people, lively sidewalk cafes, excellent local cuisine, opera, theatre, galleries, interesting museums, an Ayazmoto park, shopping, natural thermal hot springs, hunter or fishing enthusiast and much, much more. The village is at the distance of 65 km away from the second largest city in Bulgaria – Plovdiv. It is also 114 km away from on of the famous ski-resorts in Bulgaria – Pamporovo.

The property spreads over 75 sq. m. of living area, two outbuildings for animals or stores and garden vast 2380 sq. m.

Ground floor: It consists of a corridor, a living room with a kitchenette and three bedrooms . The walls are made of bricks and stones. The flooring is cement and a part of it is wooden. The frames of the windows are wooden.

The garden is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines and flowers at the moment.

The house is in basic condition. It has two entrances. It needs renovation of the plasters and the woodworks. Some inner transformations are also possible according to the clients’ taste.
