The property in short consists of two storied house with area 100 sq. m, a summer kitchen 16 sq. m, a parking lot for three cars, an outbuilding for a store and animals and a big garden vast 5560 sq. m.
Ground floor: It consists of an entrance, a living room and a room. The walls here are made of bricks and stones, the flooring is cement and the windows have wooden frames.
First floor: An external staircase leads to it. Here you will find two bedrooms and a closet. The walls are made not only of bricks and stones, but also of sun – dried bricks. The flooring is wooden and cement and the frames of the windows are wooden, too.
The garden is very big and planted with a vine yard, fruit trees, a box tree and flowers. There is also a well, which helps for the irrigation.
The house is in good condition. It needs renovation of the ceiling in one of the bedrooms on the first floor, a slight repair of the roof and refreshment of the plasters and woodworks. There is electricity and water in the property and internal bathroom in the summer kitchen, as well as an external toilet. The road to the house is a graveled one, but there is an asphalt one 50 m away.
The village itself is big and offers many facilities for the contemporary way of life. You can find here shops, a café, a church, a police station, a health service, a post office, cable TV and regular transport to the towns and the villages in the vicinity. The village abuts on a river, so the region here is suitable for fishing, hunting, mountaineering and village tourism development.
