Our new property is situated near the center of a nice small village at the picturesque Thracian Plain. The village is situated 40 km away from the beautiful town of Stara Zagora. It is one of the biggest administrative centers in the country and the fifth largest city in Bulgaria. Strategically located, it is a central hub with international transportation routes providing easy access to the North, East, South and West .The village also stands only 13 km away from another city which is small but well developed – the town of Radnevo.
The property consists of a nice house which spreads over the living area of 65 sq. m., a parking lot for about 2 – 3 cars, an outbuilding, a shelter and a pretty garden vast 1250 sq. m.
Ground floor: There are two rooms, an entrance and a kitchenette. The walls of the house are made of bricks, the flooring is cement and windows have wooden frames.
