The property includes a two storied house with total living area of 140 sq. m., a garage for one vehicle, a comfortable parking lot, three outbuildings and a large garden which spreads over the area of 3510 sq. m.
Ground floor: Here are disposed a kitchen, two bedrooms and a closet connected by a corridor. The walls of the whole house are made of stones and bricks. In some of the premises the flooring is wooden and in the others it is concrete. Windows are wooden framed. An external staircase is leading to the first floor.

The oldest active monastery in Europe “St. Athanasius” is located in another small village only 10 km away from the hamlet, so the area is highly desirable for worthy investments in rural tourism.
