The property consists of a solid brick built house which spreads over the area of 120 sq. m. distributed between two floors, a summer kitchen, two outbuildings, a shelter and a wonderful large garden vast 2880 sq. m.
Ground floor: There is a small entrance from which you enter a corridor. It connects the two rooms on this floor. The whole house is brick built and the foundation is stone made. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
First floor: There is an external staircase that leads to this floor. The rooms here are two and are connected with a corridor. There is also a large closet that can be transformed into a small bedroom. The flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden.
The summer kitchen is just opposite of the entrance of the house. It consists of one room and a bathroom. There is a fireplace in the room.
The garden is large and gives many opportunities for making a swimming pool or an alcove at its area. At the moment it is planted with fruit trees, pine trees, trellis vines and flowers. There is also a meadow. A private well is making the irrigation of the garden convenient.
The condition of the property is bad. The roof needs some repairs. The walls and the ceilings of the whole house need refreshment. The WC and the bathroom are outside the house but it is possible to make them inside. There is running water (inside and outside the house) and electricity at the area of the property. There is no telephone line available at the moment but it is easy to install such. The property is connected to a septic tank.
The village itself is big and well developed. There are local shops, cafes, a restaurant, a school, a kindergarten, a post office, a health service, a police station and a church. The village is a small administrative center. There is regular public transport. The surrounding area is calm and beautiful.
