The property consists of a small solid house spread over the total living area of 45 sq. m., a summer kitchen (16 sq. m. ), an outbuilding, a shelter (attached to the main building) and a wonderful garden vast 980 sq. m.
Ground floor: An outer staircase and a charming veranda lead to this floor. There are two rooms and a large corridor on this floor. There is also a WC/bathroom divided into two premises. The walls are brick built. The flooring of the rooms and the frames of the windows are wooden. The flooring of the corridor is a cement one.
The summer kitchen is attached to the main building.
The garden which is a part of this property is nice and beautiful. It is planted with fruit trees, trellis vines, vegetables and many flowers. There is also a well at the area of the property which makes the irrigation of the garden convenient.
The condition of the property is good. It needs refreshment and plastering of the walls and the ceilings. It also needs finishing of the WC/bathroom. The whole property is supplied with running water (inside and outside the house) and electricity. The property is not connected with a septic tank. There is no telephone landline available at the moment but it is easy to install such.
