The property includes two houses. Both are two storied. One of them is wooden and its living area is 90 sq. m. The second one is with the total living area of 100 sq. m. The garden is large and it has a vast area of 1630 sq. m.
First house: The whole house is wooden.
Ground floor: Here are disposed two rooms and an internal staircase to the next floor.
First floor: On this floor there are two rooms too, but they are a little bit smaller.
Second house: It is made of sun-dried bricks and it is bigger than the other and it is also with stone foundations.
Ground floor: Here you can find two rooms and a corridor. The frames on the windows are wooden.
First floor: It has the same disposition of the rooms as they are on the other floor – two rooms with a corridor.
The houses are in bad condition and they need an overall repair. There is running water (only outside) and electricity. No telephone landline is available.
The garden is very big and it is now planted with some fruit trees.
The village is well developed and offers a shop, cafes, a post office, a health service, a community center and a church. The surrounding area attracts with its peacefulness and beautiful views. It is also suitable for outdoor activities.
