Reservation of Apartment & Agency Commission
Any apartment in the Antim Suites complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5 % of the purchase price paid into the developer’s bank account by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation deposit will hold the property for maximum 28 days when the preliminary contract will be signed and the first installment shall be paid.

Bulgarian Properties charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the first instalment.

Payment Plan
• 5 % reservation deposit, non-refundable.
• 50 % first installment when signing the preliminary contract, some 14 days after the deposit is paid (+3 % agency commission)
• 15 % second installment two months after shell stage of the whole building is completed and the roof is laid
• 20 % third installment when the building is plastered
• 10 % fourth installment when the whole building is fully completed with receipt of Act 15 and the ownership of the property is transferred to the owner

Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)
Prices are final. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 4 - 6 % on the price shown on the Title Deeds).
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual property tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
