Second guest house - 5 apartments and two rooms with 20 beds.

• Total built-up area - 873 sq.m.
• Total built-up area /excluding the area of basement/ - 672 sq.m.
The project was approved by the Municipality of Samokov on 26.11.2004. This building is at a shell stage with a roof, exterior window frames and facade finishing works. There is an act for stopping the construction.

Third guest house - 10 apartments.
• Built-up area - 559.4 sq.m.
• Total built-up area - 1799.1 sq.m.
• Total built-up area /excluding the area of basement/ - 1,240 sq.m.
The project was approved by the Municipality of Samokov on 05.05.2005. The building comes with constructed foundations and partial above ground walls. There is an act to stop the construction.

In the streets which are adjacent to the property the following engineering networks are provided: gas supply, plumbing and sewerage system with an opption for joining.
