The second ski area is the existing ski resort in development (with a capacity of 5600-8400).

The third highest and most luxurious ski area (with a capacity of 1000-2000) is planned to be built in the areas of Shumnatitsa-Byalata Polyana (1400 m above the sea level) and Gvaradeyska Polyana-Mecha Glava (1600 m above sea level), from which three new cabins and five more ski-lifts will take skiers under Saragyolska meadow and over Sitnyakovo in a new ski area - connected with the existing one under Sitnyakovo.

The Gondola, in two parts, will connect the Saragyolska meadow with the existing ski area around the Yastrebets peak.

In the area of Byalata Polyana mountain golf course is planned to be constructed.
