This property, constructed in the early 50’s, consists of approximately 600 sq.m. yard with a brick-built house - 74 sq.m. and a barn 42 sq.m. The yard is sloped and is borders with a forest (West), a road (East), a river and to the South and North with neighbouring houses, often visited only during the weekends or in the summer.
The house has two floors. The second floor was residential, while the first was used for animals and storage.
