Jeravna is famous for its many fountains. Nearby, many gushing springs, most of which are inserted into the spouts of drinking fountains. You will not see the local people in rush to work or wherever. Life flows with characteristic of the quiet mountain villages. Now the village has 330 houses and around 500 inhabitants. The middle part (the square in front of mayor Hall) is at an altitude of 640 m. The highest peak in the land of Jeravna is “Razboyna"- 1128 m. Extremely popular among Bulgarian and foreign tourists with family hotels, accommodation houses and traditional mehana restaurants. The village offers good opportunities for recreation and tourism - in recent years have built several new guest houses, offering good conditions for tourists. Also there you will find and perfect conditions for horse riding, hunting and fishing. Jeravna is a convenient travel location - just 32 km. from the Sofia-Bourgas main road. Distances to Veliko Tarnovo, Sliven, Burgas, Varna and Sofia are as it follows - 110, 48, 110, 184 and 333 km.
