BULGARIAN PROPERTIES offer thousands of houses for sale and rent in Bulgaria. Usually the houses in our country are solid, made of concrete, bricks, stone foundations and metal reinforcements in the concrete. Of course it is not rare to come upon houses which are of lower standard, especially the ones built in the beginning of the 20th century in the villages and small towns.
Houses from the end of the 19th century were built of adobe and in most cases now require restoration. The unique charm of old Bulgarian houses attracts tourists, especially in the rural areas.
