The company owns a plant for production of quicklime. The plant is built on a plot of 12 acres and ia located near the town of Kostinbrod.
Description of business:
The construction of the plant began in 2010 and was finished in 2012. In 2012 the newest and most modern 2-shift, reversible lime furnace, working on gas (a project of the Italian company "CIMPROGETTI" - an international leader in the design and construction of similar facilities), started operation. The factory is equipped with: warehousing, bag filter, silos and transport routes.
The technology of production of quicklime meets all the requirements of the EU and European standards (EN), adopted as Bulgarian State Standard (BSS) for protection of the environment at the production of high-quality, fast blanking quicklime. The products meet the latest technological requirements in the chemical industry and guarantee high quality and competitive prices. The use of natural gas for main fuel allows to surpass European and international environmental standards.
The production capacity of the lime furnace is 300 tons-330 tons / daily and there is a buffer of about 1000 cubic meters for storage of finished goods, which would fully satisfy the needs of potential customers, both in terms of quality and quantity. A certified system for quality management according to the standard ISO 9001-2008 is operating in the company, as well as an approved System for control of the production of quicklime and hydrated lime. The production itself is managed and serviced by highly qualified personnel. The working process is continuous - 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The site of the plant represents a plot with an area of 12 acres and is located in the village Opitsvet, municipality Kostinbrod. The infrastructure of the property provides quick road access and good communication (30 km from Sofia by the road to Kalotina, 1.5 km from the highway Trakiya). The place fully meets the requirements for location of lime production. In close proximity there are cuarries of limestone (the career of "Mineral 2000") - the basic material for the production of quicklime.
The company successfully guarantees the quality of its products by signing contracts for supply with leading Bulgarian companies.
