Standard of Finish
The apartments in Iceberg Resort & Spa complex are offered for sale fully finished ready to be furnished. Furnishing options will be offered by the developer. The level of completion includes:
• Entrance-hall: laminated flooring, latex painted walls and ceiling, hat and coat rack
• Bathroom: terracotta flooring, faience walls, sanitary equipment
• Living-room – laminated/terracotta flooring, latex painted walls, internal and entrance MDF doors
Maintenance (compulsory) & Property Management
Maintenance of the common areas will be provided by the developer. The annual service charge will be as follows:
• 700 euro for a studio
• 800 euro for a 1 bedroom apartment
• 900 euro for a 2 bedroom apartment
Full Property Management services will be offered by the developer for the owners who want to rent out their apartment.
Payment Plan
• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit upon reservation
• 30% when singing the preliminary contract within 25 days after reserving the apartment
• The rest of the installments are negotiable.
Bulgarian Properties charge agency commission of 3% of the asking price of the apartment.
