GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• Company is needed to own an apartment in Dream Home Galata Panoramic Complex.

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any apartment in Dream Homes Galata Complex can be RESERVED by a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 28 days after reservation.
BulgarianProperties charge 3% (but not less than 1000) agency commission for Dream Home Galata Panoramic Complex, payable when the first instalment is due.

PAYMENT PLANS
• 2000 Euros reservation deposit (non-refundable), which sum shall be deducted from the first instalment.
• 90% first instalment within 28 calendar days after reservation on signing the Preliminary contract
• 10% second installemnt upon finalizing the deal with the Notary.

PRICES, SIZES, AVAILABILITY (constantly updated and valid!)
All Dream Homes Calata Apartments will be completely finished with VAT included in the price. Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property. There will be additional maintenance fee of 5 EUR per sqm per year, for maintaining all common parts and surrounding area.
