The Kabakum Beach Resort project is situated directly on the Kabakum Beach at the Black Sea Coast of Bulgaria only a few minutes from the centre of Varna, the "capital" of the Black Sea. Popular beach, next to a beautiful park, and only 30 meters from a variety of cafes, restaurants, night clubs etc. The resorts Golden Sands and St. Constantine lie within only 1,5-2 km from Kabakum, and offer casinos, restaurants, clubs, multilanguage speaking medical assistance, dentists, supermarkets, internet cafes and banks.

The Kabakum Beach Resort consists of 4 blocks with 109 apartments. All apartments have sea and/or pool view and are built in perfect architectonic style, according to the correct angling of natural light. The main key features and amenities of the project could be summarized as follows:
Kabakum Beach Resort: standard of finish and furnishing
All apartments at Kabakum Beach Resort are offered completely finished but not furnished. The finishing works are based on using first class building materials and high quality craftsmanship. All apartments will be inspected by a professional before final sale to the customer. Upon interest on behalf of the client the developer could offer various furniture package deals.
Kabakum Beach Resort: property management
Maintenance of the complex will be provided at a price of 15 Euro per sq.m. including VAT with an opportunity for optional tourist rent out.
Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment at Kabakum Beach Resort immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.
The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment plan
The payment plan is exceptionally light for buyers: at conclusion of preliminary contract, 40 % of the value of the sold unit is to be paid (the amount of 2 000 Euro deposit will be deducted from this installment), there are no subsequent installments, and the remaining part of the price is to be paid upon finalization of the deal and handing over the key. Expected date of completion: July 2008.
