Reservation
Any shop at sale in MPI Trade Centre could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 5 % of the purchase price paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first installment should be paid.

Payment Plan
- 5% reservation deposit, non-refundable
- 40% /second installment/ at signing the preliminary contract
- 30% /third installment/ when Act 15 is issued
- 20% /fourth installment/ until 30th May 2009
- 5% /fifth installment/ when Certificate for Habitation is issued
