I recently bought a house in Bulgaria through Bulgarian Properties, and I can genuinely say the experience exceeded all my expectations.

As I was arranging the purchase from the UK, I initially thought the process might be complex. Instead, it turned out to be smooth, well organised, and completely stress-free thanks to the outstanding support of the team. They were always extremely responsive, every question I had was answered quickly and explained clearly. I always felt fully informed. Their transparency and honesty were exceptional. At one stage, I had overpaid, and they contacted me themselves to let me know and refunded the extra amount immediately. That level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.

When I travelled to Bulgaria for viewings, everything was arranged perfectly. They assisted with hotel arrangements and personally drove me around to see all the properties I was interested in, without ever making me feel rushed. Their patience and professionalism were impressive. On one occasion, when I lost my phone charger, they even brought one to my hotel.
