- Maximum density of construction - 60%
- Maximum height of construction - without limitation, allowing the construction of a building for different purposes and namely: housing, hotel, shops, restaurants, offices, sports facilities etc.

The property has a prime location – it is close to Simeonovsko Shosse road and Sofia Ring Road. Close to the property you will find office buildings, hotels, shops, residential buildings, gas stations, etc.
