One of the most popular places is the Botanical Garden, which holds more than 3,000 species of plants of the second most important collection in Europe.

Albena is situated 20 km southwest of Balchik. Here you can find sports facilities and a well-organized spa and medical centers with highly skilled staff, offering high quality services.

The house that we offer a total area of 150 sq.m, which is divided into 3 levels, each of which is a separate apartment.
Third floor of the house is fully furnished and ready to move, and the first two in need of repair.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION
You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
