The house has a unique location on the bank of the Beli Osam, it is built in old-fashioned architectural style, fully furnished, with kitchen and restaurant, 2 fireplaces - inside and outside the tavern. The property also has central heating in both buildings. The house was completed in June 2011.
The garden is on two levels with access to the river. Plot unfolds in a plot of 500 sq.m. with two buildings:
- Two-storey building with total area 80 sq.m, representing part of a hotel suite with two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and two double rooms, each with separate bathroom on the second floor;
- Two-storey building consisting of a tavern with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and a spacious terrace on the second floor.
The village is popular among lovers of rural tourism and offers wonderful conditions for rest and relaxation, beautiful scenery and fresh air of the Balkan Mountains.
