The house is located in a village near Sopot Dam, 30 km. of Troyan, 40 km. of Lovech and Teteven. The highway 772 is 10 km. from the village.

The reservoir was created in 1960 and it is one of the largest in the country. This place is ideal for lovers of water sports.
