Rural house very close to a spa resort

Our new offer is an incredible house, which is beautifully disposed at the end of a middle-sized plain village. The famous spa resort of Hissar is located at about 12 km away from the village and the second largest town in the country is at the distance of 36 km.

In the property are included a house built on two floors offering the total living area of 100 sq. m., a summer kitchen, where you can find one room and a compartment designed for a bathroom, a pretty large garden spread over the area of 1130 sq. m., a big outbuilding (40 sq. m.) and a parking lot for one car.

Ground floor: It consists of a corridor leading to two well-sized rooms with cement flooring and wooden frames on the windows. An external staircase is leading to the next floor.
First floor: The disposition of the rooms on that floor is the same as downstairs-a corridor and two bright rooms. The floors of the rooms are wooden ones and the frames on the windows are wooden, as well.

The large garden is planted with different fruit-trees and vine trellis and for the needs of the irrigation there is a draw well on its area.
The house is built of red bricks and structurally it is sound and stable. In order to become completely livable you should make refreshment of the rooms and the bathroom needs repairing as well. The property is supplied with electricity, running water and a septic tank.

The village benefits from being close to one of Bulgaria’s most famous spa resorts and in that inhabited place you can find a mineral spring where you can fill your bottle for free.
The local amenities feature several food shops, a café, a church, a school, a health service and regular bus transport to the towns in the region.
