The property is situated on a nicely maintained 1800 sq.m. yard, where you can find 3 water basins usable for irrigation, a well with a pump, which fills a 5 ton reservoir. There is also a vineyard, a fruit garden, 5 pine trees, a big walnut-tree. In addition to the house, there are 2 garages, a separate toilet and two covered sheds. The home is made of bricks and concrete. On the first floor there are – a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace from where you can go up to the second floor. On the second floor you can find two bedrooms and another balcony.


RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve this property immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.

Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
