Traditional renovated house in a picturesque village positioned on the main road E 772. The village is located 20 km. from Troyan, 15 km. from Lovech, 75 km. from the former capital Veliko Tarnovo and 150 km. from the airport in the present capital - Sofia. The popular towns among the tourists Teteven and Apriltsi are also less than an hour away by car. The nature in the area is picturesque, the air is clean and the place is very calm, cozy and quiet.

The house itself is fully renovated with preserved authentic look and is ready for occupancy.

The total living area of the house is 120 sq.m. The first floor has a large “mehana” restaurant with equipped kitchen, fireplace and toilet. External stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two furnished bedrooms, each with bathroom and a spacious panoramic terrace.

In the yard there is an outbuilding also completely renovated. It is converted like a large kitchen and barbecue area with a large dining table for outside dinner during the hot summer months. In the building there is and additional toilet, as well.

The house is fully furnished with fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The property is located on the southern slope. During the renovation process the traditional spirit and style of the house were kept - the roofs are typical for mountainous regions ordinal stone plates, ceilings and floors are all made from natural materials - mainly stone and wood.

The yard is well maintained with a size of 1000 sq. m. and in it there are tall pine trees, rose bushes and fruit trees. It is surrounded by a stone wall and has a large wooden gate on the entrance for vehicles. Access to property is easy and convenient as village is near the main national road that is maintained all year round. To the house leads new asphalt road. The property is suitable for both holiday home and for year round living.
