Old house with one hundred and thirty years of history in the village of Vrabevo. The village can be found in the center of the triangle between the towns of Troyan, Lovech and Sevlievo. It is also located at about 20 km. from the main road Sofia - Varna. Vrabevo lands bordering with the lands of neighboring villages Dobrodan, Stefanov Damyanovo, Debnevo, Margatina neighborhood, making the village a natural center for surrounding villages. Located in the Fore Balkan it is combining the capabilities of plain and mountain.
The property has a total area of 100 sq.m. and has a yard of 440 sq.m. The first floor is built of stone masonry, sealed and the second is a hedge, sealed with clay. The living space is as follows: underground floor - basement (it was a pub before years), ground floor - room measuring 8 x 4 m. , 2 x 2 m. basement storage room and 6 x 2 m, first floor - two rooms measuring 6 x 4 m. - between the two rooms there is a fireplace. The third room is a 2 × 3 m and has a veranda measuring 6 x 2 m. The house is built of oak and it is not habituated since 1958. The power supply is interrupted, but it can be provided. There is no toilet and bathroom but the porch has room for it. There is a well from 1890 and fruit trees in the garden.
