The distance to the town of Provadiya is only 15 km, to Shumen - 35 km and to Varna and the airport – 70 km driving on the motorway Varna-Sofia. There is a dam-lake 7 km away from the village.

The house is solid, made of stone and red bricks. The roof is in very good condition.
