Rish village is located in a mountain area in North-eastern Bulgaria and is a part of Smyadovo municipality. The village is conveniently located 10-20 min away from the three reservoirs, 42 km away from Shumen, 20 km away from Smyadovo, 75-80 km away from Burgas and 100 km from Varna.


RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You can reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
