One-storey house close to Plovdiv

Our new offer is a single storey house nicely disposed at the end of a middle-sized village. The second largest town in Bulgaria (Plovdiv) is located 44 km away from the village and there is another smaller town- Brezovo, which is situated at about 10 km away from it.

The property comprises of a house accommodating the total living area of 80 sq. m., a large garden spreading over the area of 1770 sq. m., a garage, a parking lot and two outbuildings.

Ground floor: There is a corridor and three rooms. The walls of the house are made of bricks, the flooring and the frames of the windows are wooden. Additionally there is a summer kitchen which consists of a corridor, two rooms and a bathroom.

The garden is large and it is planted with fruit trees.

The property is in basic condition and it needs refreshment of the rooms.It is supplied with running water (inside and outside the dwelling) and electricity. The property has only one external toilet. The road is a dirt one, but easy accessible.
