Two-storey house near Plovdiv

This charming house is located at the end of a peaceful, middle-sized village, in the outskirts of Sredna Gora. It is at the distance of 42 km from Plovdiv and 6 km away from the town of Brezovo. Plovdiv is one of the oldest European cities and remains to this day the second largest and important city after the capital.

The property in short consists of a two- storey house with total living area of 130 sq. m, an outbuilding and a garden vast 760 sq. m.

Ground floor: It consists of a corridor and two rooms. The walls are made of red bricks, the flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
