There are also located an automatic garage door with remote control, storage rooms, bathrooms and an extre commercial area. New ceiling in the rooms, granite flooring. In the roof space there is an office and a living space ot 130 sq.m, consisting of living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with whirlpool bath, underfloor heating, ceiling are plastered, the walls are made from brick and has been plastered.
In the yard was built swimming pool - 30 m3, grassed area with grass and stone paths, tables and chairs in the garden of solid iron and oak wood panels. Fences and stairways are 100% nahd made wrought iron with oak. Self hydrophore pump shaft and water sufficient to power the entire complex generator for electricity.
