Reservation & Agency Commission
Any apartment at sale in Four Seasons Complex could be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros paid with a credit card (VISA, MasterCard), debit card or bank transfer to the account of BULGARIANPROPERTIES. The reservation deposit will hold the property for 28 days when the preliminary contract should be signed with the investor company and the first installment should be paid.
BULGARIANPROPERTIES do not charge agency commission for Four Seasons apartments.
Payment Plan
- 2000 reservation fee
- 30% first installment 28 days after reservation at signing the preliminary contract (minus the reservation fee)
- 20% second installment when the building is granted Act 14
- 20% third installment when the electric and the water supply installations are completed
- 20% fourth installment on completion of the heat insulation, the plastering of the walls and floorings and the finishing of the common parts
- 10% fifth installment when the building is granted Act 15
There are options for individual payment schemes.
